About Us
The Rose Cottage Dog Hotel is set on 27 park like acres in the tranquil rolling hills of Greenwood, Louisiana, just a short distance from the Shreveport Regional Airport and the greater Shreveport-Bossier City metroplex. Karen Buckley and her husband, Gil Loe, live on the site along with their young son, Terry. The entire family shares a love of all animals, and are dedicated to their care and well-being. The rest of their “family” includes a collection of birds, horses, dogs, and cats.
Directions from Shreveport
Take I-20 West to Exit 3. Go south on Highway 79 for 3/4 of a mile. Turn right at the caution light onto Locust Hill Road. The Rose Cottage is the first drive on the left.
